Returns Policy 

We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you are unhappy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your products, using the form below to sort out the issue.  Don't forget to include your order number in the Subject.

Please allow 5-­7 business days from when you contacted us for us to respond. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note  for refunds that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-­5 business days).

We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile which can take 4-6 weeks to process. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

What do you do with returned products?

If all safety and tamper seals are still in place we donate it, if any seals are broken it goes into the trash, to ensure any of our customers safety purchases or donation.

How much is shipping? 

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

  • Domestic vs International shipments
  • Total weight of package
  • Selected shipping method

We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

 

Are your products cruelty-free? 

Yes, our whole line is cruelty-free!  Bath & Body Products don't belong on Animals (except our dog shampoo), or require inhumane harvesting tactics. All of our ingredients are sustainably gathered, cruelty free and eco friendly. Including our shrink wrap, glitters and micas which are biodegradable if not made from plant material. 

 

How long does shipping take? 

Our hours of operation for shipping are Tuesday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders will ship 2-4 business days after you order. *NOTE: These timelines do not apply during restocks, new releases & special promotions. Please refer to your order confirmation email for specific shipping details! 

Due to carrier shipping delays please allow 7-10 business days from date of purchase to receive a status update.

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Total distance between us and you
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
  • What delivery method you select

ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.

DOMESTIC:
First Class: 7-10 Business Days
Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days
Flat Rate: 3-5 Business Days
UPS Ground: 3-5 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)

INTERNATIONAL (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc):
Standard Post (APC Postal Logistics): 7-15 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)

UPS International Priority: 1-5 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Please allow between 1-3 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.
If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add info@mgapothecary.com to your safe sender’s list.

Our apothecary products are manufactured in Portland, OR. In small hand-poured batches. The rest of our products are sourced, in as sustainable options as possible to include directly from the mines, carvers, and small family business as often as possible. 

 

I couldn't find the answer I'm looking for here, what do I do now? 

Send us an email! Our customer service team will be happy to help with any other question you may have! Send your name, MGA order number (if applicable), and question to MGA/REC Customer Service. Our hours of operation for customer service are Tuesday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Our customer service teams will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, however please allow 24­ - 48 hours to receive a response. Also, we are only equipped to handle orders placed through mgapothecary.com/ravenseyed.com, any orders placed through our retailers need to be handled by their respective customer service teams.
